Terms and Conditions

-All plans begin from the day of booking online. 

-If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription please send an email to requesting cancellation. Please note there is a 30 day notice period for cancellations.

-Subscription payment amounts will be adjusted to cover any classes that fall within your cancellation period and once that payment has been received your subscription will be cancelled.

-Plans cannot be canceled mid-term. This is to avoid disruptions to the routine and formations being taught. 

-If you need to update your payment details, please email us at and we will send you confirmation of the update.

-We will communicate with you if payment has not been made. We will attempt to call and write to you to check if details need updating. If payment is not made 14 days after we’ve communicated the missed payment(s), your subscription will be cancelled, and you/your child will be removed from the class register.
